Michael S. Jones
Michael Jones is a principal HPC systems engineer in the MIT Lincoln Laboratory Supercomputing Center (LLSC). Since joining the Laboratory in 2015, he has focused on designing and architecting high-performance computing (HPC) systems, developing innovative tools and techniques for managing supercomputing resources, and leveraging novel prototype hardware to further the needs of the research community and maintain the LLSC’s leadership position in the area of interactive supercomputing. His other interests include supporting efforts to develop and integrate novel hardware and algorithms to gain a better understanding of the complex relationships between diverse data feeds and to advance the state of the art in graph analytics on extremely large datasets.
